A problem I’ve had with Edelweiss for weeks/months now. I click on Request, enter my info and why I want to request a particular title, click Submit… But it NEVER gets off “Submitting request, please wait…” Thus my requests just aren’t going through. Have tried this repeated times with repeated titles, and still no change. They aren’t showing up on my Requests page, either.
How can this be fixed?
